Patented Non-Interflow Intervention Shuttle Valve

The Innovative Patent Protected DTL Intervention Shuttle Valve provides peace of mind for subsea intervention applications. DTL accomplishes this by employing soft seal technology within our valve design. During intervention situations a low volume positive displacement pump on a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) is typically used to operate the Shuttle Valve. The DTL design allows for operation without losing opposing inlet sealing integrity and causing the hydraulic fluid to dump into the opposing inlet during a return stroke of the pump.
